The Faculty of Regional studies and Economy has been operating since 2012 and prepares professional staff in all academic levels. The curriculum of the faculty contains spheres as regional studies, economy, and mathematics. 

Regional Studies is a combination of applied economic geography and social geography. Teaching and research in Regional Studies is focused on the structures and operation of regional economies and the theories and methods of regional development.
