Business management

   Upon graduation, students majoring in Business Administration acquire the following professional competencies, knowledge and skills:

  • Has knowledge of management and organization, is able to analyze the information on the specialty in an analytical and systematic way.
  • Can propose and plan relevant business management activities and methods, and have the ability to analyze their short- and long-term outcomes.
  • Acquires knowledge of business basics, management, production organization, organizational behavior, human resource management, organization of accounting and financial work, marketing and public relations.
  • International Business. has knowledge of ways and strategies to operate in foreign markets. Can analyze the level of change in the business image of the business and determine the direction of its formation.
  • Able to analyze and group financial, accounting and other information reflected in the reports of all business entities, regardless of the form of ownership, and use them in management decisions. Knows the regulatory framework for the preparation of financial statements.
  • Knows how to prepare a business plan, organize work in the field of business establishment and management, is able to participate in the development of business finance, accounting, marketing, investment and other policies.
  • Has theoretical and practical knowledge of international management and quality certification. International companies gain knowledge of their management, development and methods of international competition, as well as methods of organization of international production and integration into international supply chains
